Our pizzas are made with our unique, 48-hour dough recipe, then they're topped with the freshest ingredients and placed inside our 400 degree Marana wood fired to cook. After just 60 - 90, the intense heat creates the thick and puffy crust you'll find on all of our pizzas.
Try our traditional Margherita with a rich tomato base coated with creamy fior di latte and topped with fresh basil leaves, or have a taste of our original pizzas like the Siciliana sprinkled with olives, anchovies, capers, prosciutto crudo and fior di latte.
Our fresh produce is sourced from our favourite fruit shop, Dom's Balaclava Fruit Mart! Our meats and cheeses come from the best suppliers of authentic Italian ingredients available in Melbourne.
