Home to a Fish & Chippery and a Chinese Malaysian dine-in restaurant, Outlook Drive has welcomed our traditional wood fire pizzeria to the family. Pizzaiolo Daniel perfected his 48-hour pizza dough recipe over several years to get it just right. Starting this authentic pizza dough - made with just Caputo ‘00’ flour, yeast, water and salt - our pizzas are topped with the freshest, most flavoursome ingredients and then placed into our 400 degree wood fire Marana oven for 60 to 90 seconds.
You need the exact right conditions to make a traditional Neapolitan pizza but we’ve got it down to a science! A light and fluffy crust around the edge is a signature of our perfect pizzas.
There’s something for everyone on our menu with both traditional Italian pizzas and Aussie classics on offer. You can pick something straight from the menu or design your own pizza with up to six toppings of your choice for $22!
